So when I started this last year my target was so get to a certain weight which I hit and I didn't feel as motivated as I did before, I haven't lost all I want to as it was mainly the way I looked not the number on the scale. My new focus is a big dress to impress party I've got in 6 weeks tine and I wondered what I could do to properly tone my body? My main concerns are my arms (bingo wings) and even bigger my stomach, since loosing weigh it's become very saggy. I know you can't target weight loss but toning may help a bit , I just want to feel more comfortable and wear a nice outfit as I've always covered up a lot in the past or shied away from things like this

"Toning" = building muscle and losing fat.
If it's lose skin, unfortunately there's not much you can do for that, aside from surgery.
Muscle building is a pretty slow process, but finding an established/progressive lifting program is a good start.
