Me. A calorie deficit + moderate carb (150g) + exercise (45 minutes, 6 days/wk) does the trick for me.

Me too, I've lost 3 stone so far so it can be done. I cut bread from my diet. I used to love toast and sandwiches. I'm a vegetarian so I eat a lot of Quorn, but I also eat a lot of veg but not massive amounts of carbs really. I don't have much advice for you, other than it will be tough but achievable. I'm sure regular exercise is meant to help but I'm a lazy sod. For my sweet tooth I chose low calorie options like Curly Wurlys. And I have salad, eggs and yoghurt almost daily.0

I have pcos and hypothyroidism. Exercise and low carb is what has been working for me. I was doing great lost 20 pounds but the past couple of weeks I haven't done as good as I was doing. Going to get back to low carb tomorrow. Good luck, it is possible.1
