Hello, I'm new here (And new to fitness apps as well, I guess)
I'm 18 and have spent most of my child and teen years sitting in front of a computer and eating chips lol.
For about a year now I go to the park and try to jog 5 miles (I usually like to stop at 3 if I'm feeling completely exhausted)
Although I run regularly, I still continued to eat rather unhealthy foods, but this time I'm trying eat healthy and continue to run.
I guess I got this app to assist me in knowing my calorie intake since there are so many people nowadays losing weight in an unhealthy way, so I guess this will just help make sure I'm doing it right lol.
