Hey everyone hoping for some advice.

I was on 1500 calories per day for months and plateaud for months. Then i increased my calories to to 1800 per day and in the past month i have gained 1kg which is ok. I am 5'2 or 152cm depending on where your from. I am also 63.6kg or 140 pounds.

I want to lose around 10kg or 30 pounds. No time frame is necessary...How long should i continue to eat the higher calories before i go back to a deficit again?

Well, if you're gaining weight you are going backwards. I completely understand the rationale in taking a diet break, but a month should be enough. I'd drop back to a deficit now.

29 YO female, 5'2" 140lb, sedentary I get 1076 cals per day for 1lb per week loss.

Note that this busts the MFP minimum of 1200.

But, any exercise could be added to this (and I assume that was why you lost on 1500 per day previously and then plateaued).

I would recommend going back to 1500 for a couple of weeks and then slowly dropping out 100 per day/week until weight loss resumes.
