Nope. Never tried it. May look into it at some point rather than relying on prescription pills.

@IVMay you should defo look into it. It's natural & effective. I used to rely on medicated pills too & I found they made me worse & I had terrible frightening nightmares

Elsie - I was kidding. Well - now and then I'll take a Xanax or Diazepam if I'm feeling a off after an awful day but that's rare. I was thinking about meditation after a recent accident and I suppose it's worth looking into while I have the time available...

When I finish my workout I go home and usually all hell has broken lose and my wife and kids are on the cusp of killing each other...so no...lots of work to do when I get home. On a good night, there is a truce and all I have to do is help my 1st grader with some homework.

I do typically meditate on the weekends.

How much time do you dedicate towards it?
Can it be possible to do for say 20 minutes is that sufficient or?

I'm pretty much a novice...I try to do 20 minutes on Saturday and 20 on Sunday. I do mindfulness meditation which comes from the Buddhist tradition.

Not religious but some family and colleagues are. It works for them and everybody finds some sort of solace so I can't judge and hope aren't judged back :) Glad you find it helps you put things in perspective and relaxes you.

I used to meditate a lot but haven't much lately. Really need to get that focus back.

I meditate. I use an app on the phone to guide me since I'm just starting. It's amazing how your mind can be racing but when mediating your focus changes and you go in and out of different focuses like sounds, physical sensations, thoughts and around again.

Train your mind as much as you do your body

I try to meditate for at least ten minutes a day.

For those of you that have never done it, there's plenty of guided meditations on Youtube.

Yes brother no one have a right to judge each other we can only judge actions, but it's talking to God is what makes us feel so Good and in our scriptures it says "through remembrance of God do heart find peace" and whoever don't try to hurt or do wrong to others are the only most deserving of peace. I respect everyone of you and appreciate posting what works for u.
    Thanks ya'll ❤️
