Need motivation and inspiration to keep on tracking. I've stopped yo-yo-ing and have settled on a weight that I've maintained for 2 years. However, I still need to lose 30 lbs to be a healthy weight and 40lbs to my ideal weight. Need my little one to see mommy be healthy and active!

I need to lose about 60 pounds myself..maybe we can help each other out. I have a 9 year old son and would like to keep up with him while creating a healthier lifestyle:)
