Hey guys,
A quick backstory: In 2012 i was at my heaviest (270 lbs) and decided I was done feeling miserable and over the next 7 months lost 100 lbs with eating right and working out 6 days a week. Over the years I've really struggled with food as an addiction and had a love/hate relationship with it. I'll go on strict diet and exercise binges for a month or 2 and lose 10-20 lbs and then give up and gain it back.
Now I've gained about 30 lbs back from the original 100 that I lost and I don't want to keep heading back in the wrong direction!! I need someone I can talk to if I'm feeling like giving up or having a rough day. I can do really well for a week or 2 and then just get in this "f*** it" mind set. I want to be there for other people too when they're feeling the same way and come out stronger for not giving up! Maybe we could message on here, or email? Whatever you're comfortable with, I just need a buddy!
