I had a DEXA scan yesterday. Even though I'm still running, I haven't been weight/strength/resistance training. I haven't been regularly logging my meals. I am back up to 147 with 39.3% body fat, per the DEXA scan.
Here is a success thread that I did back in 2014.
I have recommitted to logging my food and weight/strength/resistance training. It seems that I have running down pat. However, when I am focused on training for a race, all else goes out the window. I'm pledging to get back at it.
My success pics from 2014:

Today:

Weird how I looked more flabby/cellulite-y when I was smaller. Perhaps I am more fit in some sort of way than when I first lost the weight. I've certainly run a lot of miles between then and now.
