What exactly do you mean by "make sure?" Like how certain do you want? Is just remembering ok, or do you want preserved evidence, like the police?2

My checklist
No shoes
Better loose the pants and shirt too
Oh the socks- they might have some weight
My glasses gotta come off
Oh! I didn't make sure I pooped! I better do that!

I do it first thing in the morning, before I eat or drink, after I do my business, buck naked, in front of the window.
It's not so much about getting the best number possible, it's that my shoes weigh less than my boots, my pants are heavier than my shorts, etc, and I feel like if I'm going to take the time to weigh my self and then enter the number, I might as well do it right.
The window is just for advertising and showing off.5 -

My "Official" WI is at my WW meeting, 9:30 AM every Thursday.
I can't tell you how many times the "need" to go comes AFTER around 11:00 AM.
There are some things I can't control.1 -
I get up, pee and weigh myself. Then I go do my barn chores and my 20 min cardio wake me up. When I go into shower to get ready for work, weigh myself buck naked (no window) and that is the weight I record. It is usually down from the first one, I think I just get rid of the over night puffiness/water retention once I get moving.
And being as if I am lucky to poop 1-2 a week hell yeah I check after those0 -

Can't really. My body doesn't give up the offering more than once or twice a week. I only get to weigh myself once every week or two, as I don't have a scale, so I can't really pick and choose.0

I probably would if that were an option for me. However, when you have a GI disorder, you don't exactly get to choose when you go.. and sometimes, you don't even get to go, period. Somewhat envious of all you people with normal bowels, lol.
I do, however, make sure to weigh in the morning after I pee and before I get dressed.1 -

No. I do use the toilet first but don't need to poop early in the morning just pee. I'm pretty regular but poop in the afternoon or evening I guess.0

It typically works out that way because my Lupus medication makes me poop at least 3 times a day.0
