Flat stomach

Hey,

I have lost around 30kg and I have a bit of excess skin around my neck and face, and also my stomach. I have the bottom bit of my stomach that I always have to tuck in. I also have mobs. My weight is also interesting, having gone up from 67 to 77 within a few months.


Please can someone help me with exercise or diet plans to arrive my goals

    No such thing as targeted weight loss, just stick to eating at a deficit, add in some cardio and weight training in order to tighten up loose areas and maintain/gain muscle. As for diet, as long as you stay within the macros and eat at a deficit, you will eventually get to your goal. Measure your food, accurately log everything that passes your lips (even if it's just a bite or just a sip) and you will get there

    Lose skin will get better over time, and tends to be worse if you lose weight too quick. A few months ago I had a line going down from my belly button and the skin was soft and saggy, but now it's pretty much smooth, just takes time. Eating low carb has also made a big difference to me, no more bloat or water weight.
