I am looking to branch out on my smoothies. I normally have some frozen fruit, yogurt, and milk in mine. What are some other ways of making a smoothie?

It comes down to personal preference. It just comes down to experimenting with different things and see what you

Some of the things I've used:
    Almond milk
    Peanut butter
    Lindy's Italian Ice
    Spinach
    Jalapeno
    Ice cream
    Bran muffins
    Honey
Chocolate and or vanilla protein powder
    Diet soda
    Bananas
    Oranges
    Peaches

I used to like spinach, avocado, hemp hearts, kiwi and cucumber.

My favorite is spinach/kale mix, frozen blueberries, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon and sometimes flax or chia seeds.

I like banana, frozen mango, unsweetened vanilla cashew milk and spinach. Then there's this amazing thing, just as good without the hemp seeds and dates: themuffinmyth.com/2014/07/27/chocolate-black-bean-brownie-smoothie/

To add protein I would put protein powder, but butter, of silken tofu into every smoothie you make. This morning I had an avocado and frozen cherry smoothie with some soymilk in it and it was awesome.

try your favorite fruits with some coconut milk. its really creamy and tasty. use lite if you are concerned about the fat content.
