It looks like it's time to change that username. Seriously though, don't change it. One of my friends changed it and it messed up his account and he lost all friends and history.2

You just put up a post on how you are not trying to lose fat but instead gain muscle. What is going on?3 -

My stomach looks like your before. Mine sticks out past my boobs bc I'm smaller chested. Would love a flat tummy like your after.
Anything special you are doing differently than just logging?1 -
Hey! So I purchased a treadmill in the beginning of January... I felt really excited to start running but also hella scared because I used to be fit and I had it in my head I would be able to run 6 miles at a 7.5 mph pace like I used too. But I came to my senses and I realized my body isn't what it used to be so I started at 5.0-5.4 mph mile and i would run about 2 or 3 miles for a month... and I gradually went up everyday... I am now running a 7.0 mile and that was less than 4 months ago I run 6/5 days a week and I also do the plank for 1:30 min everyday... it's really amazing how your body can transform with hard work and dedication... I also used to be a HUGE couch potato but now I limit my couch time and do more housework or I pick up extra shifts at work... also I didn't really change my diet for the 1st 2 months I just drank alcohol less but lately I've been eating less meat and eating a TON of veggies you'd be surprised how many meals you can cook with veggies I had no idea. But honestly if you drink a ton that's one of the things u need to limit
Wish y'all luck!!!!6 -
So you cut down on alcohol, upped your veggies, did daily planks, and started moving more. I just got back from wine tasting....but I want your results more. : )1
