Newbie Needs Accountability

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new on here THIS TIME!! Used mfp before a few years back and it really helped keep me in check.

I'm 5'5", 26, and looking to lose 30 pounds.

SW: 167 CW: 160 GW: 130

I'm sticking to 1500 calories a day,
I do vigorous workouts 4 days a week, and yoga another 3 days.

If anyone has similar goals feel free to add
