pre logging workouts?

ive sort of lost some steam with working out, and of course this is significantly slowing down my progress, so i want to pre log my exercise and then of course adjust the calories after but just to give myself almost a schedule to stay on track so that i stick to it, because it works with prelogging my food!

...does anyone do this? have any success with this?

    I pre-log sometimes, I find that i'm more likely to do what I planned out. I'd feel pretty crappy about myself if I ended up just sitting on the couch all evening and not doing the exercise regimen I had written out earlier and have to delete it.
