The lowest level would be posting your picture in the Selfie threads here on MFP and competing against other MFP women wanting attention.11

Im already thin and with great muscle mass. It would not be difficult for me to get into competition shape within the next month no drugs needed. I know women that used drugs and some that did it naturally during NPC competitions and its very possible for me to be in competition shape without drugs... Im not sure if your assuming im obese or out of shape but I have been weight lifting for the past 6 years and the women who compete in my gym I have a better shape then them, because my waist is tiny and I have good curves.... I find your comment a little rude. Please try to be more supportive.2 -

Im not anywhere near figure, I am in bikini level shape. I don't plan on ever competing in figure. Just looking into Bikini level, have you ever competed?

You honestly need to google what is close to you and start talking to people how to enter. Your good looking so somebody will jump at the chance to coach you and get your instagram game going. Dont forget to promote a supplement you dont use.4

Have you asked them how they got started? I'd probably start with that.4 -

They recommend coaches that cost an arm and a leg. I payed for a top coach 2 years ago right before I got pregnant, did not like her. Learnt just because someone is expensive does not make them good.0 -
Oh, that's true. I'd bet those coaches are expensive. Well, maybe the gym staff would know where to start?0
