I am doing so much better at first I was scared what people thought about me now I'm starting to come out of my shell the first picture was taking 2013 i was 368 pounds now I'm 288 in the other pictures with the same shirt on now I don't feel so scared anymore it's a long road ahead but I'm feeling more better than ever I went from a size 28 in pants now I am a 20 I was wearing three X's large shirts now I can fit in a one X not at my goal yet but working on it
