After a doctors visit last week, I decided it's time to make major changes. I'm turning 30 this year and I'm beyond embarrassed about my weight and health in general.
So this week I have begun monitoring what foods I am eating, drinking water and going for walks in the mornings. I've had this app forever and figured now is the time to start using it.
