Wondering if anyone knows any foods that are solely high in carbs but low in fats and proteins- extra macros that I need to meet

Unless you have some specific condition/medical need you aren't sharing here, you don't have to meet the carbohydrate goal if you don't want to -- there is no minimum need for carbohydrates. It's fine to go over on fat or protein.

That said, potatoes, pasta, rice, many types of bread, low fat candies (think something like Sweet Tarts or Twizzlers), low fat chips . . . these are all higher carbohydrate foods without a lot of fat or protein. Many fruits too would fit in this category too.

He is prolly trying to add weight, so looking for some extra carb sources to get in more calories.

You don't need "exact" macros. Make sure you meet or exceed protein, meet or exceed fat.....carbs are whatever is left over.

Air popped popcorn ......I like to drizzle butter on it so the salt sticks......but obviously that's fat.

    Fruit (bananas have some fat).

Many breakfast cereals are low fat - low protein.

Perhaps, but I've also seen posts from people thinking the carbohydrate goal is a minimum that they should try to meet and wanted to make sure that wasn't the case here.

    Bagels. Any bread product. Cereals.

But agreed, if it's not to hit a specific goal for a specific reason, don't sweat it, just meet your calorie goals.

Fruit, although that's not so calorie dense (well, some is) so might not work as well if the goal is to put on weight.

    Banana

Combine your post with mine and you could have banana pancakes with maple syrup. Mmmmmm. Or a banana sandwich on white bread with honey.
