    Unless you plan on living on the <1000 calories/day of boiled cabbage, chicken, tuna, and spring mix that are in the 3 days of your diary you have filled out, I suggest you look into a more sustainable method of weight loss. We all like instant gratification, but that's not the path to long-term success here.
