Gaining weight post depression!

Hi everyone,
I decided it would be good to track my calories after losing a decent amount of weight following being diagnosed with depression. Although I am not actively not eating, I've found the lethargy of depression means it's often hard for me to find the motivation to cook, and that led to my weight dropping right down to 7 and a half stone... I'm usually somewhere between 8 to 8 and a half stone, so this was a big shock for me.
If anyone has any experience with mental health and eating, or anyone has any tips for gaining weight, that would be wonderful. I'd ideally like to get to 8 stone, and 8 and a half in the long run...
