Mindful Eating

Hello! I'm new here. This month I need to journal my food intake daily. Don't know why I hate doing it so much! Feel like a little kid who won't do their homework!! LOL. Last month I was very successful with mindful eating. Slowing down to savour each bite made my consumption decrease. Thanks everyone for your support!
