Hi there --
My name is Andrés, and I'm experimenting with the ketogenic diet per my doctor's recommendations. I'd like to connect with others who currently are or have been on this diet before to exchange meal ideas, exercise and other related tips, and overall to build a network to motivate one another. I'm particularly interested in hearing from those who have managed to lose weight while building muscle mass at the same time. Perhaps this isn't possible for everyone with this diet plan, but I'm sure some have managed to do so.

I lost 30lbs since Jan 1st this year on Keto. My wife has lost 44lbs. I has worked wonders for us so far. I did have to track my calories eventually though. That is easy to do when you aren't hungry 24/7, the greatest side effect of Keto IMO. Good luck on your weight loss journey!2 -
