Having a hard day

I know I'm kind of just writing to strangers, but I'm hoping to relate to others. I'm just going to get straight to the point. I am having trouble with myself. I know this website is about fitness but it's also about learning how to accept yourself. Accepting yourself an trying to be the best version of yourself. An most days I stay POSITIVE, but I'm struggling right now. I had lost a good amount of weight and was happy and i gained half of it back and I cant seem to get back on track after having surgery which was about 2 years ago (on April 1st of 2015). Not Only did I have surgery but I have also had two pregnancies and have had beautiful kiddos from that, but it doesn't mean I don't struggle with my stretch marks and all that. There are many women who bounce back after child birth and have great bodies. With no loose skin and look great. I admire you women like that by the way. I wasn't as lucky. Let's just say I won't be able to wear that bikini I dreamed of being able to wear. Lol but anyways, after surgery I gained weight back. I didn't gain it back right away, but slowly over the two year period. I''m just slowly losing my self confidence as I have slowly gained the weight and there are just some things in my life that have happened that made me feel even worse and had me feeling so DOWN and to be honest. I just don't feel Like I'm good enough. I'm just having a moment and mainly needed to vent. Just having a hard time haha. Hope I'm. Not the only. One out there feeling like this.

You're not alone. And you are good enough. I've been on weight loss journeys before. So many I can't even count. I've lost ridiculous amounts of weight, and even got down to 140 at one point. I started working midnights and had a manager that made life hell. It got to the point I quit and ended up staying home for a year. I gained 100+ lbs during that time. I'm working on it now with just over a year before I get married and a 160 lb weightloss goal staring me in the face. The most important thing for us both is to keep at it every day. Even when we aren't motivated, finding just one reason to keep going is enough. If you need further help or just need someone to be there feel free to add me! We can do this!0

Hang in there! We're so attached to this all or nothing mentality where every setback is the most monumental thing in our lives. Conversely we belittle the progress we make as not good enough. What it's so hard to wrap our heads around is that we only fail when we give up entirely. Lately I just have to keep telling myself: there is no deadline. Be kind to yourself.0

You are NOT alone!
I am in a big time "Blah Bump" right now.
Feeling useless, unmotivated, feeling ugly inside and out. Wondering why should I care/fight this battle or frankly try.
But THIS time I logged on and reached out.
I just feel like folks HERE U N D E R S T A N D.
I have lost weight. I have a lot left to go.
I hit my 1st goal I set for myself, 25 pound gone but I still feel...
Blah.
I just know, I need to get off the floor where I threw myself when I started this mental pity party and start logging back on at least once a day will help.
You are among fellow travelers here.
Our journey is hard, long, and a not easy alone.
You have friends here,
Please take solace in knowing that you are not alone on this path.
Sincerely your fellow traveler,

The only solution if you never wanna feel lost is finding your purpose in life, remember everything in this world have purpose so ask yourself what's your purpose and once u find it u will never feel lost or depressed.1
