Great discussion everyone! I to am struggling with the scale.. I've been on my journey 7 weeks now and lost 6lbs. These past 2 weeks have been a stressful. I'm eating mindful tracking my food,gym 2X a day and no red meat only once a week. Though these daily things aren't hard it's the scale not moving that is frustrating.. but as I read more of these posts it keeps me positive! It took me so long to get this mindset and I'm NIT going to let it slip away. I feel better than ever,more energy, my skin is clear, I have better digestion and I don't feel full when I wake up every morning like I use to. So because the scale is hard to control the only thing I can control is myself and my daily goals. Today's goal: get on the stair master (I've been ducking it, cause it's hard for me.) But I'm gonna do it! The scale will NOT DEFINE me!
