How To Remove Exercise Cals - Desktop

I added 20K exercise cals as a joke for "cleaning the snow off my car" since we got hit with a surprise blizzard in Toronto, anyway I can't get rid of it lol and my macros are all weird now. help!

on a computer go to exercise tab, and hit the little red dot next to the entry and it should delete it1
