I need a pep talk

I lost lots of weight at my first weigh-in with my nutritionist. Since then, I lost one more pound and I was good with that. Now I've regained that pound and have not lost anything in the two weeks since meeting with my nutritionist. I'm frustrated. I've been staying at my calories and exercising. What the heck!
