Hi all, add me too if you'd like. I have over 100 to lose but I am not setting a time table to do it, as long as I keep going in the right direction I'm satisfied and when I get there, I get there.0

Update...I"m still able to maintain 2 lbs a week even after a period of gaining 13 lbs (vacation-lots of water retention) and having to lose that. (it shows up as -9 on here due to different weigh in day).

I'm 32 also. As of now I am just over 50 pounds lost. My first goal was 100 pounds to get me to before kids weight. Whenever I get to that, I'll set a new goal. My eating habits changed drastically in the last two years and I'm just now starting to exercise to try to speed up the process! Ok wasn't able to hit my 2 lb/week goal this week due to a very fun Easter weekend which involved a liquor bottle filled pinata hahaha. Still hanging in there for avg though so next week I'll have to bump that up alittle bit.

After a couple slow weeks I had a good 4 lb loss this last week. I am keeping the loss/week over 2 lbs which was my goal. This week I broke the 40 lbs lost barrier can't wait to hit the 50 and be HALF WAY TO 100 ALREADY wow!

I've been eating like a king and hitting the gym and its working! I even get to have beers whenever the opportunity presents itself its great. I am not torturing myself by any stretch and I couldn't be happier.
Weight loss doesn't have to be dreadful! If I can do it, YOU can do it! I'm only doing this for 4 months so far and i'm almost half way to losing 100 lbs and having alot of fun doing it thanks to MFP.

Ok So I am now more than halfway through my journey to lose 100 lbs! I have been able to maintain a 2.25 lb per week loss. If you want to do this...add me and I will be your biggest supporter!
This week I am using a new scale that has BMI, % body fat, % water weight, %muscle mass. Its even got an app which is really cool because I'm a total data nerd hahaha. The only issue is that it is consistently 2.5 lbs more than my old scale. I have adjusted my formula to keep the averaging and total loss correct.

This week I dropped 5.4 lbs to pass the 60 lbs lost mark. I now weigh 247.6!
I am way ahead of schedule. This is definitely getting easier!

Here is my progress since Day 1. July-September were brutal for me!
So I have 20 lbs to go to hit my goal of 100 lbs this year. Its going to be tough to do with all the holidays coming up but I"m gonna give it my best shot!
