Aren't yo the one who lost like 15 pounds in a week...what you're doing isn't healthy7
-
Yes, she is. And this is a monumentally bad idea, OP.3

I have prepped for a few colonoscopies and it was no fun. I can't imagine why you would want to do this. I'd rather poke my eye out.3

That sounds horrible. So sorry you feel it is necessary to punish your body like this in order to lose weight. I hope you rethink your plan.5

Good thing you'll be meal prepping on Monday, you'll probably want to eat everything after the weekend7

Best of luck sustaining that weight loss.3

No way that's a good idea.3

Why?0 -
I love food too much to give it up for two days. I would think any weight lost this way would be gained back pretty quick.3
-
This cannot be healthy.3

You did not eat enough during the week, don't stop eating all together! You are on a dangerous path - please take care of yourself :flowerforyou:2
-
I could weekend water fast for about an hour and a half before I cut someone.8

You've been at this since what, Monday? Eating less than 900 and a water fast sounds like you'll be back in 6 months 10lbs heavier and making a "Starting Again, Fell Off Track" post once you have a few weeks of torture under your belt and binge on everything in sight... or die of anorexia. Best of luck8

Spiritual reasons aside, what is the point of fasting if you aren't going to let yourself eat more other days?0
-
Extended fasting such as what you're attempting should only be done under supervisor by your doctor. If you're morbidly obese and in dire need of losing 100+ lbs, then it's one thing...but it sure doesn't appear to be that way for you. Please reconsider.
If fasting is something you want to understand (good reasons for doing it, and healthy protocols to follow) then let us know and we can help guide you to good information.3 -
