How do you guys accomplish your goals everyday?
Do any of you keep like a list for the day or something that would give you motivation to do the things needed to be done. What are your ways to accomplish things, I sometimes start doing something and after some days I get lazy about it, does it happen to u guys and why does it happen?

I use mfp but I also have a personal agenda that I'm supposed to use for work that I write things down in... I find if I write it out I'm more accountable to it. It doesn't always work but it's as good as I have lol0

Are you talking about exercise? I have a schedule just like I do for anything else that needs to get done. Mondays I lift, Tuesdays I ride, Wednesdays I lift, Thursdays are rest, Friday I ride, Saturday I lift and sometimes ride, Sunday is an "open" day...go to the rock climbing gym, hike, trampoline park with the kids, etc.
Sometimes life gets in the way and I miss something, ordinarily I stick to my schedule. I also love to ride and quite enjoy lifting and seeing my friends in the gym.2 -

When you have an answer, let me know! lol...I "fail" every day. I put fail in quotes because I think part of the problem is that word. There are only so many hours in the day and to expect one to be perfect all day is (in my opinion) unrealistic, and psychologically unhealthy. I find that setting small goals throughout the day is best, since one can feel like a failure otherwise.0

I stop failing to do things when I make them "MUST DO", rather than "want to do".. If I am going to go for something, i want it to be something I get fired up about.... then I get fired up about it, and I make it something that needs to get done.. MUST get done. Make it a passion, because if it's something your passionate about, you will do it, come hell or high water.1

I do lists and such. Studied this man as a kid and loved the way he organized his progress through everything. Use his time management and virtues.

Being disabled exercising's quite difficult as it's meaning, I hardly burn over 100 calories daily so; besides health there isn't much to motivate me! Especially since, I became overweight after; I became disabled & thus getting rid of, my excess weight'll have; more vain vanity benefits than health! Nevertheless even a minimal amount of, exercise's a necessity if/when the; ability's present but I've to've instant results of, that purpose since ridding myself of 50 pounds; isn't going to occur overnight! Therefore within my group that I operate here, I am currently orchestrating step challenges to climb up/down the; tallest skyscraper in the world etc.! It's working quite, well for; me! Just create & focus on miniature goals not, the overall picture so; that it won't seem as daunting!0

No lists for me.. It was watch calories, exercise and be patient. Motivation, seeing results is an instant motivator for me. Key to was finding enjoyment in the process.
Map out what you want to achieve. Weight loss, fitness goals, health goals.. map out a plan to begin with.
Maybe plan for how you will handle certain things, for me it was allow enjoyment like special events, family outings and holidays etc (plan as well as you can)m do not putting labels on food (good and bad), also get rid of that need to feel guilty or shameful when life does happen, cause life keeps happening regardless of my exercise and diet. Negative feelings hold you back.
Journal your goals on paper if you work better using lists. I did put post it notes in several places in my house (fridge, food cabinet doors and in my bathroom) to remind me of my goals and certain things to not forget.
We all have specific ways how we learn, etc.. the place I would start would be make a plan, set mini goals, set broader goals and stay diligence to the process and have patience.1 -

Loved this! I also write lists for everything, not only exercise and diet. For me diet is the tricky one though and not exercise or anything else. What I try to do now is to not snack all the time. More or less forming a new small habit.0 -
