Hi all!

I just first want to say that I love MFP. I have lost 125 pounds over the last 15 months because of this wonderful website, the community here, and lots of research. I decided last week that I wanted to pay it forward and create a Facebook group for those on my friends list here and other's on MFP who could use the accountability, support, and motivation. We have had some great discussions already and have all learned so much from one another. We would love to have you. We are a group of about 36 ladies so far and would love to add to our little group. I know my FB friends list doesn't consist of a whole lot of people as much into fitness as I am and there was just nowhere else on FB to chat about these things so it just seemed right.     Ok, testing out posting pictures, Me in Jan. of this year at my heaviest 263 and the bottom is me as of last week, July 11 at 212.5

    I'm sorry about the pics being so big, I will crop them next time. Photobucket is not letting my edit my pics for some reason. Any way, I hope this helps someone to stay motivated and keep working hard. I still have lots to loose.
