Why are my steps not syncing and converting to give me extra calories?

    Could you provide more information? What version of MFP are you using, iOS or Android? Is it the latest version? Did you recently download the updated MFP version?

    What activity tracker are you using?

    I have android and a fitbit charge 2 and it just started Sunday not syncing my steps. Any help would be great. Thanks

    This happened to me yesterday with my Android and Fitbit Blaze. I had to disconnect and de-authorize the Fitbit App and then re-install it in order to get it to work again!

    I posted about this in the weight loss forum. We've all been having syncing issues since Saturday. Someone posted an article from mfp that they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
