Once a gym junkie at 145 now I weigh 217

I was a gym and work junkie in high school work out before school for an hour go to work for 45 mins rush to school go back to the gym after school (2 hours) go to work and go home study while doing p90x. I left home to live on my own i gained well over 80 lbs I have stretch marks excess skin my arms jiggle like a spinning jellybean when the bag flys open I've lost 20 lbs already I eat nothing but lean protein veggies and occasionally carbs but very rarely. It's been 4 months I barely see a change

    If you've lost 20# in 4 months that's great! It sounds like you're going exactly where you need to be headed. Are you counting calories?

    It does take awhile. Count calories and be aware what's in the food. If there is a lot sodium in your food this might be why you not losing anything.
