I've been reading and commenting of some people's discussion on here and I notice a lot of slag that I'm not sure off ?? And also I see people highlight previous comments and then add them to theirs in a high lighted blue ?? How do I do this ?

    :flowerforyou: TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure
    :flowerforyou: Keto = Ketogenic (extreme low carb diet)
    :flowerforyou: LCHF = low carb high fat
    :flowerforyou: CICO = Calories in Calories Out
    :flowerforyou: Macros = Macronutrients (Carbs, Fat, Protein)
    :flowerforyou: Micros = Micronutrients (vitamins and minerals)
    :flowerforyou: IIFYM = If It Fits Your Macros (also called Flexible dieting. A style of eating that focuses on balancing nutrition while still eating your favorite foods...basically nothing is off limits)
