Feeling drained

I am not sure if it's the fact I've been fighting off something for the last week or if I'm not getting enough calories.
I have no energy, last night I fell asleep at about 6 woke up for maybe an hour at 11 and fell back asleep until 6 am.
I have no energy.
Mfp has me set to 1370 for calories but I seem to come under the 1300 mark even before burning any.
I have been considering doing protein shakes because my dad had given me some powder to see if maybe more protein would help with my energy level.

What's the difference between whey and isolate?

Why are you not eating to your goal? Do you eat back exercise cals?

With my meals and what I'm eating it just never quite makes it.
And no I don't eat back the calories I burn working out.

    Simple then, eat more.

    Peanut butter is your friend!

    He is right you know.

Congratulations on a good night's sleep.
The difference between whey and whey isolate is that the isolate has been further processed to remove a little bit more of the not-protein from the whey.

Eat your exercise calories. They're good for you.

    Thank you.
So the isolate is a little better for you, or does it really matter?
