I don't think that would be difficult - you can easily get sufficient protein, and eating in a surplus isn't hard!0

I accidentally became temporarily vegetarian at one point. I just developed a temporary desire to overdose on greek yogurt, oats, broccoli, and beans. I found it just as easy to hit my protein and calorie needs that way as with meat being included.1

I'm about to try pescatarian (sp?) as I'm trying to eat healthily yet can weight. I'm not ready to go full veggie as I don't know I like enough foods to have a varied diet that gives me the extra I need to gain. Really interested in your journey on a veggie diet that's gaining weight especially what you eat!
I'm getting there on food but still baffled by exercise.
Good luck!0
