How to calculate calories burned at work?

I work in fast food and am on my feet for 5.5 hours a day. Sometimes just standing and talking or standing and packing an order. Lots of walking around. Is there a way to calculate this?

Get a fitness tracker, like a fitbit to count your steps.0

The one thing I Googled said about 187calories/hour based on my weight (316) but I highly doubt I'm burning 935 calories in a 5.5 hour shift.0

That would be accounted for in your activity level.2

Your activity at work is part of the activity setting, not exercise.1

I think you might be better off changing your activity level on MFP for setting your calorie goals ... those settings are based on your daily activity at work ... for instance, a desk job is sedentary, but standing on your feet all day is lightly active. Then, you can track your actual exercise to see how much actual exercise you get.1

I just got a fitness tracker. It tells me I burned 303 calories at work. On my feet for 8 hours walking back and forth all day. I'm cooking In a kitchen too. Plus 7500 steps0

Yep that's your activity level not additional exercise, change your settings in Goals. The only way to calculate it more accurately would be as someone suggested already and using a fitness tracker.0
