Tofu made yummy!
If you are vegetarian or vegan and worry about protein, here is a great way to make tofu.
1 brick extra firm tofu grated
1 onion
4 tbs low sodium soy sauce
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
Stir fry the tofu, onions, soy sauce and garlic salt in the olive oil. Allow it to fry enough you can see if on the tofu. Serve with a mixed green salad or side of choice.
As someone who hates tofu, I can eat it like this daily!

I used to hate tofu too (except when prepared by a local Chinese restaurant -- the people there know how to cook tofu so it's delicious). Now I'm learning how to cook it for the protein and have managed some tasty dishes.0 -
This looks really good. I might try it if I can get some cheap tofu from the Asian market in town. Don't forget to press out all of the extra water!0
