Was referred to use this by my dr. Been tracking food and trying to up water intake, I never really liked water always drank pop. Haven't had a pop since Monday!! Gotten up to 40 Oz a day of water still need to get more but it seems so hard. Also trying to be more active. My eating habits are so bad though I'm seeing I don't eat much but what I do eat is all wrong. Now I'm getting dictated but want to lose. I held at 256 for 5 yrs now I'm going up I'm at 259 I don't want to gain more.
