So I weigh 57kg, and I'm starting a gym membership for body building. So I've been doing it for about a week, and I know I need loads of protein and some carbs. What exactly should I be consuming? Like how much? I'm clueless and the woman at the gym didn't go into dietary requirements with me.
Just wanna know what percentages and stuff I should be at. Currently at 40% carbs and 30% protein, the rest is fats. I'm pretty sure this is all wrong lmao

I tend not to use % since it can vary greatly depending on calorie intake, but grams per lean body mass.
Protein: 0.8 to 1g
Fats: 0.35 to 0.6g
Carbs: The rest
Keep in mind these are minimums so you can tailor the macros how you want.0
