Starting over!

Well I have recently experienced a loss and had to have surgery... Put me in a little depression. So I have now put myself in a position where I have to work even harder to not only meet my goals, but just get back to where I was. I have gained 20lbs. I am disgusted with myself. I am starting my exercise routine today, and my diet tomorrow! Wish me luck!

    Wish you luck. I was doing great last year when my back went out. I've been good for 3 days now. Finally got motivated.
