Trying to find the right Fiods

I am 57 and I had put on some extra pounds - so for health reason I need to drop at least 50 pounds- My problem is I don't know what foods to eat and which ones not to eat -- I usually don't eat breakfast and my lunch usually consist of chicken. My dinner usually is either rice and beans with meat - or it's boiled potatoes with pork chops --

You could eat what you eat right now but eat 10% less.

It's not WHAT you eat that's the problem. It's how much. You can eat anything, just eat less.0
