What do you do when you get a craving for something really carb heavy? Every day for lunch I want soup with lots of crackers. It's low calorie but the sodium is killing me and there isn't much in the way of protein. Any suggestions on how to steer a craving toward a better option?

    Are you eating the low sodium ones? There's probably a ton of sodium in the soup as well if you're eating out somewhere else. I'd recommend buying low-sodium crackers and bringing them with you. :) hey not be the best option, but it's a suggestion.
