    I only feel guilty when I do bad things. Nothing I love to do or eat is truly bad, since I'm not the type to binge or go overboard, so I have no guilty pleasures. But I have plenty of pleasures: cheese, pasta, sweet home-baked treats, being active outdoors in nature, long naps, helping people with projects, hanging out with my husband... <3
