Not really sweating a few pounds gained in Muscle if the fat burn looks good. 38 and ready to bring in 39 with a much fat lost as possible.

Hey I know where you are sitting and didn't really know the tricks and tips to losing fat and keeping muscle until I read a book called Bigger Leanner Stronger. This book has changed my life and I figured why not share the info.( you can pick it up on amazon) or probably anywhere they sell books but he breaks it all down and make it very simple.
