James Flores here! FYI below is kinda long - read if you have some time or just add me/comment this and we'll support each other's growth!!
I'm currently 225lbs, a little under 30% body fat, with high aspirations of hitting 175lbs and around 12.5% body fat - in 6 months!! I currently live in Scottsdale, AZ, and I go to Lifetime Fitness. I practice real estate (@webuildphoenix social media username on all platforms) and am determined to achieve my goals!! I stopped drinking, smoking, nail biting, and many other vices to prove to myself I can be the best version of me if I work hard! I try to eat clean, and use MyFitnessPal to track all my numbers to make sure I'm on the right track. I try to stay away from dairy, red meat, and high sugar content foods. I'm currently practicing elongated stretching, cardio, and body weight lifting. I have a very supportive tribe, and have hit my weight goals before - only this time, I hope to keep it off!!
