Hello, guys!!! My name is Ashley my goal is to get toned up while loosing a few pounds :) I've been dieting for a little over 3 months now my meal plan starts with eating oatmeal for breakfast , for lunch chicken, brown rice, veggies then the same for dinner as well! As for my workout I'm a busy mother so I've been doing Insanity could anybody tell me where I'm screwing up? I'm not even seeing any results so I'm a little discouraged :/

How are you measuring your results, and how are you measuring your food? Some people say they've seen NO results, when they actually have lost 2-3 lbs. Also, you must be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Are you weighing and logging every bite you take? Are you accounting for cooking oil, added sugar in coffee, calories from drinks and liquor? Dressings...etc?

Yes!!! That's why I'm trying to figure out what the issue is :/ maybe I need to try a different workout?? Or stay under 1,400 calories per day?

You don't have enough to lose to have a bigger deficit. Having too large a deficit can mean you burn muscle as well as fat as you're losing weight.

    Do you do any exercise?
