Hey everyone! I've searched a bunch of threads and struggling to find any related tips! (If anyone has any thread links that'd be fab)

On Monday night it is an old friend reunion at some bars, I've been sober since new year but would like to enjoy a drink with friends, I hear Vodka tonic is a low calorie alternative? Anyone have any low calorie drinks/shots?

How do people log on their night out? And any tips of meals to eat beforehand and day after nutrition facts? Obviously staying hydrated and getting back to fitness is something I will do!

(TMI: On some nights I get sick while drinking, any tips regarding sickness and logging diet?)

    Don't drink so much that you're sick... That's my tip.

    Drink a glass of water in between each drink. Vodka with club soda and lime is about 70 cals per one oz shot.

    Eat beforehand.

    Don't overdo it.

    Get a safe ride home.
