I guess this would be more a number show than actual pics (horrible ones) over the years as I hold my weight differently. I also never been big into my own selfies. So I'm not a selfie expert and the pics look HORRIBLE.
2013
Starting weight was 195+, but have no available picture.

2014
Waist 38
Weight 187
BMI 29.3

2015
Waist 34
Weight 170
BMI 26.6
Body Fat 34.8
Calves 15" 1/2
Biceps 12"
Hips 43"
Forarms 10" 1/2

2016
Waist 32
Weight167
BMI 26.6
October, November, December of 2016 I had a set back with work and the holidays and gained some weight. January rolls around and it takes the entire month for my body to cycle. Then at the end of the month it had switched gears and finally started burning and I started losing, again.
This year one of my mini goals is to find a balance between my life at home, my chaotic work environment and my lifting and cardio (especially during those three holidays).
Newest addition to weight loss is going low carb and low sugar on my none lifting days. Which I like, cause I have a wider range of foods I can eat now.

2017
Waist 29 1/2
Weight 165.9 (March 10th I was 173, my highest.)
BMI 25.9
Body Fat 32.9
Calves 14"
Biceps 14"
Hips 45" (Gaining on purpose.)
Forearms 11"
Everything I do is done at home. I have my own mini gym - free weights (No bench, yet. Eventually me and the husband are getting one of those small buildings and making that our own personal mini gym.), treadmill and PS console with good internet and YouTube where I can do Zumba, dancing and just about any type of exercise you can find on YouTube.
And I know many women wannabe fit and lean. My personal goal is to be Thick, Fit and Healthy. I've never been small, even as a pre-teen when I'm looking down to my family, skin and bones, and my brother is wearing my hand-me-down clothes. I've always been BIG. So I've embraced the fact that I'm naturally a BIG woman.
And everything I'm doing is being watched by my doctor whom I visit every few months to once a year. She wants to see me about 150-155 lbs.
And I don't know what it is about the angle. It's a trend.
So, I know the pics kinda look the same, to me anyway. Or maybe it's because it's me and I don't see the change, but the numbers have changes SO MUCH over the years.
Thanks to MFP as well. I've been doing this for many years, I've tried the diet fads, the magic pills. But all it took was dedicating to MFP and myself. Now it's super easy to stay on track and has become a daily habit, just like anything else.
