Ladies - boxing glove recommendations?

For heavy bag work. I have a pair of everlast gloves and I honestly think they're youth - sized. I've been using them about 6 months, and they fit perect but they're 8 oz. and I think I'd like to move to a 12 oz. pair.

My hands are small. I've tried on "unisex" gloves at Academy and Dicks and they're just too big. Even with wraps, my hands slide around in there a lot and it's uncomfortable. I think I need a pair designed for ladies, or at least for smaller hands.

I guess I'm going to buy a pair online. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the tag! I'll bump and hope he finds this.

I'll check out raja, too. Thank you!

I used to use RevGear and they are excellent gloves but I tore through them pretty quickly. I also do Muay Thai and I use Venom 16 oz. I also tried the Hyabusa but I wasn't happy with those at all. Venum is the way to go IMO.

I've read some good reviews of Venum.

Some gloves come in multiple sizes. I have long fingers, so in some gloves I prefer a larger size. I'm currently using a pair that I bought from Title Boxing. I've had a couple pairs from Title, and my current ones appear to be much higher quality and feel better than the starter gloves the gym usually sells new members. My gym has several options in stock but the Title website has tons of choices. The members at the gym who actually spar seem to like Ring to Cage gloves. They cost a bit more, but I think the quality is significantly better. Is there a trainer at your gym you can talk to for advice on gloves?
