I think you should increase to 1600 calories, but make sure that they come from foods that contain fiber, protein, and healthy fats. These nutrients will help you stay full longer, and will help you become satiated! For example,for BREAKFAST you can have 1/4 cup of oldfashion-oats sprinkled with cinammon (cinnamon helps with blood sugar levels), 3 boiled eggs, and an apple. Then, for LUNCH, you can have 4oz of your choice of lean protein, a lot of salad (no dressing, you can use lemon), a fist-size portion of carbohydrate (like brown rice, beans, lentils, quinoa etc). And for DINNER, you can eat the rest of your calories with whatever you want.
Remember that FATLOSS is about life style changes, little by little you'll see the weight come off. Focus your diet to be wholesome and no fried food, or refined food becuause they mess up with your hormones and make you crave more food. Goodluck!
